Editor-in-Chief: Reese Fulgenzi

Reese is a third year from Stillwater, Oklahoma pursuing an Echols Interdisciplinary Major in Environmental Science, Biology, and Anthropology. In addition to editing Coniuncta, Reese is the owner of Reese’s Rocks, a business that sells fossils, Treasurer for the UVa Academic Competition Club, and Special Projects Chair for the Washington Society. Reese is the editor for scientific submissions, and in his spare time he can be found collecting fossils from New Mexico to Morocco.



Editor: Maria Chavez


Maria is a third year from Northern Virginia studying Russian and Slavic Studies. She is a Provisional Membership Chair for the Washington Society, member of the Slavic Student Association, and dedicated dog lover with two pups at home, Winnie and Sam. Maria reads over humanities submissions, with a focus on literary and cultural studies. When not working, Maria spends time watching TV and catching up on sleep.






Production Manager: Ian Smith 

Ian is a third year Philosophy and Foreign Affairs student from Burke, Virginia. In addition to Coniuncta, Ian is the Vice President of the Washington Society, where he employs his excellent organizational skills. Ian edits philosophy and politics submissions, and spends his time outside of activities reading, running, and napping in Clark Hall.



Webmaster: Tyler Hinkle


Tyler is a third year History and Latin American Studies major from the Shenandoah Valley, focusing on Latin-American immigration in Virginia. He is involved in the Brown College Governance Board and is an editor for history and cultural studies, particularly for Latin America and the United States. In addition to wild asparagus hunting, Tyler enjoys reading and travelling in Mexico.



Editor: Sam Lesemann

Sam is a third year History and Psychology major from Charlottesville, Virginia. Sam is the Sergeant-at-Arms for the Washington Society and member of UJC, who edits most history, foreign affairs, and psychology submissions. Outside of Coniuncta, Sam works at Farmington Country Club, reads voraciously, and ferries around friends in his car.
